The price of our services is $XXX.XX a month for a full-time (40 hours per week) plus a one-time set-up fee of $150.00.

Work Schedule

Our work schedule is from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST with a 30-minute lunch break, but not limited to any time zone.

Bilingual Assistants

All our assistants are bilingual; they all speak, read, and write in both languages (English and Spanish).

Supervisory Structure

As a company, we have a strong supervisory structure, with supervisors Connected at all times. We have an experienced Operations Manager, an IT Manager, and a General Manager to make sure our clients have all the support needed at any time.

No Long-Term Contracts

Our contract is month to month since we do not want our clients tied down with a contract for six months or a year like other companies do.

Dedicated Assistant

 All of our assistants are completely dedicated to one client; that means they do not work with two (2) or more clients at the same time.

Work from a Professional Environment

Our assistants work from home; but in a professional environment, also they have UPS back power supplies in case of any emergency, so there won’t be any delays for your tasks.

Interview process

The clients will have the chance to interview the prospects, making sure the client picks the right assistant based on the impression and the connection established in the interview process.

Direct line with the Assistant and Supervisors

You have direct access to your assistant and with the supervisors so you can communicate with them through calls and texts.

IT Department

We have an IT Department that will be checking the assistants constantly to make sure their internet connection is stable all the time, the IT department makes sure all the computers are updated and in excellent condition.

High-Speed Fiber Optic Internet Service

Our Assistants are equipped with High-Speed Fiber-Optic Internet providers, which guarantee a reliable connection and efficient work with your Assistant at all times. With a minimum Speed of 30mbps to ensure efficient bandwidth.
